Walrus Magazine Cover

This project involved designing and illustrating a cover for The Walrus magazine to visually communicate the instability of Canada’s housing crisis. Using a Jenga tower as a metaphor, the illustration depicts homes as blocks with people inside, emphasizing how each removal represents displacement and the fragile state of the housing market. The hands pulling pieces away reinforce the idea that external forces continue to erode housing security, leaving the system increasingly precarious.
